This grand double-storey villa was developed in close collaboration with the client and architectural team, with Overlay shaping the interior framework from the early planning stages.
The design balances traditional form with contemporary restraint. Considered panelling, proportion and bespoke joinery bring quiet structure to the interiors, while a restrained palette ensures the spaces feel calm and enduring.
The interior feels balanced, refined and quietly grand.
